UPDATE SPRING 2026! WHAT?!
Springtime is Santa Cruz (along with Halloween) are the busiest seasons for events. During this time we will not be accepting jobs more than 6 weeks out and less than 3 weeks out. We need at least 3 weeks to do a good job getting your posters out there for the world to see and if your event is over 6 weeks away it will be taking up space on the walls/boards/windows for events happening sooner. We share all of the poster spaces we use with the rest of the community and filling up the boards with events happening 2 months from now will keep the people promoting their event 2 weeks away from also having a successful event. So please be mindful of these restrictions. Any jobs sent to us without reading this will be refunded minus the fees it costs us to do so. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, because I did, this is the warning.
As you know it’s expensive to live here and we haven’t raised our distribution rates in over 4 years now. So rates will be going up to $1.25 per poster starting May 1st 2026. Get your order in ahead of time to avoid the hike. I am sorry to do it, but our crew is worth it and you know our services are worth it.

We know how time consuming and expensive it can be to get the word out about your upcoming event/service in our area. Trips to the printing facility, cost of printing, materials for posting (tape, tacks, etc), and taking the time to travel to locations all over the county to do postings all add up. DISTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN STARTS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURSFROM ORDER SUBMISSION. DISTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN COMPLETION AVERAGES 1-3 WEEKS - DEPENDENT ON POSTING SPACE AVAILABILITY AT LOCATIONS.
FOR EVENTS: FLYERING CAMPAIGNS ARE MOST EFFECTIVE WHEN WE START 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. THIS ALLOWS FOR SUSTAINED VISIBILITY IN THE WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE EVENT.

All print items are printed with an industry standard 1/8" inch white border. If you'd like borderless prints (AKA “trim to bleed”), please send us the file to print and be sure the image has crop marks no less than 1/8” from the border of the image (showing where the printed flyer will be cut). Borderless prints incur a 10 cent per unit upcharge for added production time. To set up an order with borderless prints please send an email to us at clutch@clutchcourier.com and we will send over a custom quote and get you set up from there.

Santa Cruz to Aptos region covers postings from the UCSC/West Side of Santa Cruz to Cabrillo College/Soquel Village. (Full Order = 100 prints | 1/2 Order = 50)
1 Week UCSC Push - Distribution at UCSC Campus Bus Stops for One Week - Please add this option if you want additional posters distributed at UCSC Bus Stops the week (or weeks) leading up to your event. UCSC Bus Stop postings begin on Monday morning around 9:30am. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 3PM FRIDAY MAY NOT MAKE IT OUT ON THE NEXT MONDAY ROUTE. If you want UCSC distribution and just want us to take that out of your 50 or 100 instead just let us know.
